Real-Money Gambling Earns Real-Money Profits for Betable

Congratulations are in order for Bullpen portfolio company Betable, which continues to exceed expectations quarter after quarter.  One of Betable’s partners and #1 iOS casino app, Big Fish Games, just announced the launch of its first in a series of games enabled with Betable’s real-money gambling toolkit.  Betable’s technology allows game developers like Big Fish to manage in-app real-money gameplay and to seamlessly implement various regulatory safeguards, such as determining whether a user is old enough to make real-money bets and whether the user is in a location in which real-money gambling is legal.

Betable also announced exclusive partnerships with three more industry leaders: Slingo (one of the most popular social casino games of all time with over 50M monthly active users), Digital Chocolate (a leader of social games across multiple networks), and Murka (a studio focused on social casino games with more than 20M monthly active users).

The executives of those companies had a lot to say: Slingo CEO Rich Roberts:  “Our agreement with Betable puts us again at the forefront of iGaming by offering immediate engagement with the more than 30 million users.”  Digital Chocolate COO Jason Loia: “We are already seeing very positive signs that betting mechanics will play a major role in the future success of our social games and Betable lets us get out ahead of the pack.”  Murka CEO Max Polyakov: “We know how hungry players are for real-money games … our partnership with Betable will give Murka’s games the best average revenue per user in the industry.”

The real-money gaming market continues to grow faster than anyone expected, and Bullpen is proud to validate its investment leadership in this space with Betable and Fanduel over-performing at every opportunity.  Check out the links above, and be sure to vote for Betable as Best New Startup of the 2012 Crunchies.
